Had my last culture lesson today. Was kinda emotional to start off with 'cos it was going to be the last culture lesson EVER. Next semester I'm going to take er.. communications skills already. ):
Anyway, introducing.. my favourite facilitator to date- Roy Kheng :D
Trust me, he's cute LOL :D
Gonna be a rather long post as I've got a lot to say about this favourite faci of mine. Just a brief profile of him.
He teaches part-time at RP 3 times a week, and the rest of the days he spends with his own content provider company, writer's table. He's the managing editor there. He has written various entities of articles, magazines, newspapers etc etc. Dropped out from poly 'cos of something bad he did which he refused to tell us; dropped out of MI after that too. Finally went to a private University in Texas to study his bachelors'.
Anyway, from the day he stepped into our class, I knew he was going to be 2 light years different from the conventional teachers we often see. He's 34, but he's really a buddy to us instead of a faci/teacher. He's just really able to fit in with us, I guess. Like how he will spew vulgarities at times HAHAHA. . Hmm, and he has had some run-in's with the law a couple of times, for unknown reasons. But he has changed already (: Furthermore, he will often jio some of my classmates out of school to smoke -.-. Oh, and he's lecherous too hahahaha
We were all having our meal together when he saw a seemingly hot-and-skimpily clothed student walk past, it was until she turned her head when she turned out to be not-so-good-looking-after-all LOL. Then he lamented something like "ahh, just cover her face and erm, all's settled." LOL. In class he will often crack dirty jokes like how he said that the I-Gallop was really sexual hahahaha. and tons more lahh :D
He will sleep in class during breaks; sometimes going home during the 2.5 hours break that we have, and take a nap before coming back again LOL. He will often munch on snacks in class, which is not allowed one actually. hahahahaa. In short, he vs conventional teachers is like 2 million light years away lah. lolol. He's just a really, really fun facilitator.
But of course, he has his serious moments too. He often have high expectations for our presentations and will not hesitate to bombard questions hahaha. He has certain strict rules that we need to adhere to, but have already gotten used already so its ok. Like how we have to upload our powerpoint slides within a stipulated time if not we will get downgraded, and he set time limit for all of our presentations so to make sure we dont overrun the time nor talk too little.
That said, he's the one facilitator that grades the day's work in a straightforward manner.

Haizz, 16 weeks flew past just like that. Gonna miss him loads. It's not going to be easy to replace him 'cos he's just so many light years different from the rest in terms of his antics and style of teaching. And I can give an assurance that I rarely admire/salute to someone this much one.~ hahaha. I have truly learned a wealth of knowledge under him. :D
