Had cognitive lesson today. There were only like 8 people in class? lol. Lesson just ended at 2.15pm, and here I am blogging. hahaha. Today's problem was on "Examine the ideas people have about learning, what it takes to learn, and why some people are attracted to learning when others are apparently not."
Day was super slack and no one was in the mood to do anything hahaha. Had our first break out at 9.30am and 2nd break out started at 10.45pm LOL. the 2nd meeting lasted 15 mins only -.-. 3rd meeting started at 1.15pm and subsequently ended after 3 presentations.
Introducing.. my cognitive faci for the past 4-5 weeks.
After Mr Chung left, he was replaced by Darrin Tan(above) lol. Hmm, first impression of him will be that he's one super polite/courteous facilitator? The way he speaks is like super gentle, and like how he will thank us for answering questions etc etc. LOL. Hmm, Quite neutral to him, don't really like nor dislike him. He has some really weird habits like staying in class during breaks to 'spy' and see if we're doing our work or not, which is totally unneccessarily, in my opinion. It is our break and to stay in class and ask how's our progress etc is a little too.. How shall I put it, pressurising on us? It's as good as 'forcing' us to work during our break which we are entitled for. -.-.
Anyway, he's studying part-time for his PhD -.-. in mathematics education. He graduated in NUS with a bachelors' degree in Math and has taught in several Secondary schools/JC. Quite a smart dude, I would say. He's worked as a civil servant office too. LOL cool eh.
Nothing much to say, he didn't really leave a lasting impression on my class as he just reliefed for 4 or so lessons. :D
Woots, and alas, my pay has arrived and I got it banked in yesterday. Gonna buy PSP later with Ernest! :DD
GO PSP! :D
